Frequently Asked Questions

Is it really free for bars and restaurants?

Yes. Local advertisers fund the coaster runs and printing. Participating bars and restaurants receive coasters at no cost, subject to approval and campaign availability.

How do you choose which venues receive a campaign?

We consider the advertiser’s target audience, service area, venue location, and available venue information when planning placements. We aim to match campaigns with venues that are a sensible fit—not distribute randomly across the Metroplex.

I own a bar or restaurant. How can I be considered?

Submit your venue through our venue request form. Your information helps us assess fit and consider your location for future coaster placements.

How are QR scans and campaign activity tracked?

Campaign QR codes can direct patrons to a landing page, offer, or booking flow. Where tracking is enabled, scan and click activity is summarized in campaign reports.

Can I change my offer or artwork for a future run?

Yes. For recurring campaigns, you can request updated copy, images, offers, and QR destinations for a future run. Any changes must be approved before that run goes to print.

How are venue branding and advertiser messaging handled?

The coaster artwork is planned to bring the venue’s identity and the advertiser’s message together. The final design is reviewed and approved before printing.

What is the minimum campaign size?

Standard runs start at 3,500 coasters. Larger and custom-volume options are available on the pricing page.
